1910 Wood Boat Bottom Cover
This Was a Project that the customer was told by others that couldn't be done. The Orange Vinyl is a Resin coated woven polyester that needed to be installed to the Bottom of a 1910 18 foot fishing boat. The Material is Very strong and installed to keep rocks from damaging the wood boat. In 1910 the original material was Canvas. The Material had no stretch but if put on a slight bias it did stretch with alot of steam. So with 3 steamers going and a slight angle on the material to form the bottom of the boat we suceeded where others said it couldnt be done.
